These are series of unknown patient encounters to test your knowledge and expertise in emergency medicine.  Simply email the answers to unknown@ruworthy.org.  Your entry should be submitted by 5/1/2006.  Be sure to include your email.  Answers will be sent to you via that email on 5/1/2006.  Answers will be posted on the website on 7/1/2006.

 

 

  A 28 year old female presents with a bruise to her heel. A 15 year old female was showing her friend her EpiPen. A 36 year old with a mildly pruritic rash that is evenly distributed over her extremities. A 13 month old oriental male presents with fever for 4 days and swollen lips.  WBC is 7.4 and ESR is 104 mm/hour. A 39 year old female presents with recurrent left eye irritation.
